RAW HONEY WITH LOVE

Raw, non-filtered, non-pasteurized honey harvested and prepared locally by Patti Collins and Margi Constantino on our small family farm near Montezuma, Iowa.

An acute attention to detail and emphasis on keeping the bees pleased — meddling as little as possible in nature’s process — makes for honey with depths and layers that allow various prairie-flower nutrients and flavors to unfold on your tongue.

We love our bees and the “runny honey” they craft, but it’s our creamed, or spun, honey that really sticks in people’s minds as a delicious rarity.
